With her stellar background in healthcare, she has touched the lives of thousands. From the hollow backs of racing ambulances to the buzzing rooms of hospitals, restoring hope has always been at the core of her practice. She began her career as a young Emergency Medical Technician, and later journeyed through all academic levels of Professional Nursing. Along the way, she faced many unimaginable situations, including having a front seat to the greatest tragedy in the United States as a 9-11 First Responder. She has also been at the forefront of the most recent global pandemic, not only as a resident in the town where it all began, but also as a provider in the hospital to which patient 1 reported.
A true survivor, her personal mantra has always been "never look like what you have been through". She found creative ways to replenish, restore and rejuvenate her body, mind and soul. From that, she became passionate about incorporating and educating women on the importance of self-care. Intentionally living that out, she remains committed to always showing up as the best version if herself.
